Refunds and cancellations

A summary of how refunds and cancellations of paid calls work on anietv. Call refunds are returned as Balance to your account.
If the creator doesn't show up
If you joined the call and the creator didn't, 100% of the amount is returned to your Balance automatically when the call window closes. If it can't be confirmed automatically, our team reviews it and refunds you.
If you cancel
You can cancel a paid call until it opens (5 minutes before the start) and get 100% back to your Balance. Limit: 2 refunded cancellations every 7 days. Unpaid bookings can be cancelled at any time.
If the creator cancels
You get 100% of the amount back to your Balance.
If you don't join
Once the call has opened, paid calls are not refunded if you don't join.
Unpaid bookings
A booking that isn't paid in time expires and the slot is released — nothing is charged. If a PIX for it still arrives, the full amount goes to your Balance.
About your Balance
Your Balance can be used for any call, content or subscription and doesn't expire. Balance you added and haven't used can be refunded via PIX within 7 days of the top-up (right of withdrawal) — contact support.
